Acceptable Use Policy

Operator document, not legal advice. The seller is EasyGoin Technologies, trading as EasyGoinHosting. Entity registration in the State of Georgia is pending; these documents describe how the business operates.

Prohibited activity

Do not use EasyGoinHosting for unlawful activity. That includes distributing material you have no licence to distribute, malware, phishing, fraud, and attacks against other networks. Child sexual abuse material is a zero-tolerance matter: we preserve and report.

Network conduct

No scanning, exploitation, or flooding of third-party systems from our address space. No open relays, no unsolicited bulk email, and no using a transactional mail relay for marketing. Outbound abuse gets the sending credential suspended first and discussed second.

Resource use

Every tier publishes its resource allocation and those limits are enforced. Sustained use that degrades service for other customers may be throttled. Cryptocurrency mining and equivalent workloads are not permitted on shared tiers without a written exception; ask us and we will quote dedicated capacity instead.

Content and publisher terms

Sites and game servers must comply with applicable law and with the terms of the publishers whose software you run. We do not police your community, and we do act when we receive a credible report.

Enforcement

Where abuse is clear and ongoing, we suspend first and discuss afterwards, because the alternative is somebody else absorbing the damage. Where it is ambiguous, we contact you first. Suspension for abuse does not entitle you to a refund of the affected period.

Reporting

Send abuse reports to contact@easygoinhosting.com with the hostname or IP address, timestamps with a time zone, and any logs you can share. A person reads them.
