EasyGoinHosting respects copyright. Send notices to contact@easygoinhosting.com including your contact details, identification of the work claimed, the URL or service concerned, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

Designated agent

A designated agent and mailing address will be published here once entity registration is complete. Until then the contact address above is the intake path and is monitored by a person.

What we do

We assess the notice, contact the customer, and where the claim is credible we require removal or remove access ourselves. We tell the customer what was received and give them the opportunity to respond, unless doing so is unlawful.

Counter-notices

Counter-notices go to the same address and should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and provide contact details and consent to jurisdiction. Repeat infringement results in termination.
