Privacy Policy

Operator document, not legal advice. The seller is EasyGoin Technologies, trading as EasyGoinHosting. Entity registration in the State of Georgia is pending; these documents describe how the business operates.

What we collect

We collect what is required to sell and operate hosting: your email address, the intake details you provide when ordering, invoices and payment metadata returned by our processor, the configuration of the services you buy, and the operational logs needed to run and secure the platform. We do not receive or store card numbers.

Why we hold it

To provide the service, to bill for it, to prevent and investigate abuse, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Processors

Stripe processes payments and receives what it needs to charge you, under its own terms. Mail we send passes through our own Stalwart mail infrastructure. Where we add a processor that handles customer personal data, this page is updated.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in and carries the token that protects forms against cross-site submission. It is set only once you interact with sign-in or checkout. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention

Invoices are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Service configuration and backups are retained for the windows published on each service page. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging, and sign-in links are single use and expire in minutes.

Your requests

Email contact@easygoinhosting.com to access, correct, export, or delete the account data we hold, subject to records we must keep. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights, tell us which and we will work through the request in good faith.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt. Sign-in links are stored as hashes, are valid once, and expire quickly. Administrative surfaces require an authenticated admin session and are excluded from search indexing. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to the contact address and we will read it.
