Terms of Service

Operator document, not legal advice. The seller is EasyGoin Technologies, trading as EasyGoinHosting. Entity registration in the State of Georgia is pending; these documents describe how the business operates.

Parties and scope

These terms govern paid hosting and related services sold at www.easygoinhosting.com. The seller is EasyGoin Technologies, trading as EasyGoinHosting. Contact: contact@easygoinhosting.com.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be 18 or older, or an authorised adult acting for an organisation. Services are for lawful use only. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where continuing to provide service creates legal risk for us.

What you are buying

Each service is described on its own page, including the specification we build to, the split of responsibilities, and how provisioning works. Services are provisioned by an operator unless the page says otherwise. Specifications may change for future orders; changes that materially reduce what an existing customer receives are notified in advance and give you the right to cancel without penalty.

Your content and your backups

You remain responsible for your content, your application code, your game worlds, and the copies you keep outside our platform. Our backups are described in Service levels and are a safety net rather than your archive.

Fees, renewal, and cancellation

Fees are in US dollars and are stated on each service page. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled and may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current paid period. One-time engagements are invoiced against a written scope. Account credit, if any, is applied by us against an invoice and is not a cash balance. See Refunds and cancellation.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, handle, or store card numbers. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension; we would rather resolve a billing dispute directly.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as-is and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue will be in Georgia courts once a principal place of business is registered. Support and contract language is English.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here and notified by email to active customers. Continued use after the posted effective date is acceptance.
