We handle
- WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates in an agreed window
- PHP version upgrades, tested on staging first
- Caching, TLS, routing, and outbound mail authentication
- Backups, restore, and rollback when an update misbehaves
WordPress with the maintenance treated as the actual product.
WordPress is not hard to install and is hard to keep safe. Almost every compromised WordPress site we have been handed was running an abandoned plugin or a core version two years old. This tier exists because the maintenance is the work, not the hosting.
We apply core, theme, and plugin updates in a monthly window, on staging first, with a snapshot taken immediately before. If an update breaks the site, we roll back and tell you which plugin did it. We do not silently disable things and hope you do not notice.
