What this tier is
Sometimes you do not need a supplier, you need an hour with somebody who has already made the mistake you are about to make. This is a fixed block of engineering time against a problem you name up front.
The output is written. You get findings, recommendations, and the reasoning behind them in a document you keep, whether or not you ever buy anything else from us. If the recommendation is to stay where you are, that is what the document will say.
