We handle
- Mail server operation, patching, storage, and TLS
- Authentication records and delivery verification
- Aliases, filtering, quota, and retention configuration
- IMAP migration from your previous provider
One mailbox on your domain, authenticated so it arrives.
A mailbox on your own domain is the cheapest credibility a small business can buy, and it stops being credible the moment mail lands in spam. The work is in the DNS: a correct SPF record, a published DKIM key, and a DMARC policy that aligns with both.
We run Stalwart on our own infrastructure. Mailboxes are provisioned with quotas and retention agreed in advance, and we verify authentication end to end before handing over, including sending test mail and reading the results.

Written down so there is no argument about it later.
Operator-provisioned. Mail requires DNS changes on your side, so setup is a short back-and-forth rather than an instant switch. Typical turnaround is one to two business days once records are published, longer if a migration is involved.
Mail for the whole domain, including the addresses you have not invented yet.
