Standard Game Server

One dedicated server for a supported title, operated the same way.

What this tier is

Our named tiers exist because those two titles come up most. The operating practice does not change for anything else: dedicated resources, snapshots on a schedule, updates in a window you approve, and a rollback path that has been thought about in advance.

Terraria, Factorio, Rust, Palworld, Satisfactory, ARK, Project Zomboid, and similar dedicated-server titles fit here. Tell us the title and expected player count and we will confirm the allocation before you buy rather than selling you a tier that will not hold it.

  • Scheduled world or save snapshots with a rolling restore window
  • Update windows agreed with you, snapshot taken first
  • Public hostname with correct TCP and UDP port configuration
  • Console and file access appropriate to the title
  • Mod and plugin support where the title provides it
  • Crash log review and configuration triage as part of support

Typical use cases

  • Terraria, Factorio, Project Zomboid, Satisfactory, and similar dedicated titles
  • A survival or sandbox community with a long-running save
  • A server behind CGNAT that cannot be self-hosted reliably
  • A seasonal or wipe-cycle server that needs predictable resets

Responsibility split

Written down so there is no argument about it later.

We handle

  • Process supervision, restarts, and resource allocation
  • Snapshots, retention, restores, and update windows
  • Networking, ports, hostname, and edge routing
  • Crash log and configuration triage

You handle

  • Mods, plugins, and in-game configuration
  • Community moderation and access control
  • Telling us the real player count, not the optimistic one

How provisioning works

Operator-provisioned. We confirm the title, version, and sizing before building. If your title needs more than this tier allocates we will say so and quote the correct one rather than provisioning something that will struggle. Typical turnaround is one business day.
